Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Please allow up to 24 hours for credit card transactions to complete. Shopping at Buddy’s Line is tax-free unless you are Pennsylvania resident shipping to Pennsylvania; all other states are exempt from sales tax.
It is always our goal to provide our customers with quality products. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, Please contact our office at 215-781-3530. Buddy’s Line wants you to know that we stand by our promise to provide excellent service to all of our customers, our products live up to the same quality standards of excellence. Each product is inspected twice before it is shipped to ensure you receive it undamaged. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange must be submitted within 30 days after your initial purchase date. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed after the 30 day grace period. All parcels must be dated within the 30 day grace period for your claim to be processed.

Contact information which should include your full name, phone number, email & shipping address to ensure you claim is processed swiftly.
Refund & Exchanges
If an exchange is what you wish, please list the product SKU, size and color for a substitute. The item chosen must be equal or of lesser value. We will ship the exchanged product for free as long as your shipping address is within the United States. If you are an international customer it would more applicable to send your product back and we will issue you store credit where you can then place a new order for the correct item.
If a refund is what you wish, they are issued back in the same manner in which you initially placed your order. Important Disclaimer: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you were not charged for shipping, a flat charge of $5 will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes: Please make sure to obtain a shipping tracking number for your shipping provider when sending items back to Buddy’s Line. Buddy’s Line obo Royal Trade USA is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen while items are in transit.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
